Only use Dischem Blubirdv if you want to put up with sub par service and rudeness!!

I would like to complain about the Dischem Blubird(Athol) store manager's unprofessionalism.

As reported by many people, it is impossible to get hold of the branch in Athol, as there is an problem with the phone lines. Because of this, the manager of the store gave me his direct office number about a year ago.

Every time that I have tried calling the store, with little success, I have called him to get hold of the person that I need to speak to. Each time, he acts like he he is doing me a favour by putting me through to them.

On Saturday I called him twice, after having little success when trying to get hold of the dispensary. I called twice, because there was an error with what I needed. When I called the second time, he told me that I was being a nuisance and never to call his line again. The then proceeded to put the phone down on me.

This level of UNPROFESSIONALISM IS DISGRACEFUL AND ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, especially since the phone lines never work
