Only the pharmacists care as per the advert

<p>I bought a product at Dischem ****arney which expired and became mouldy. I wrote to the particular company and Dischem as I believe that Dischem should check their products, especially selling the items that they do. We the customers pay for service.</p> <p>The other company called me immediately and apologised and replaced the item for which I am really grateful - Dischem on the other hand, called, were desperate to make it up to me and never bothered to call me back or anything.</p> <p>If a Store manager treats a customer like this, how will he set an example to his staff, is a manager just paid not to care. I well and truly hope that Dischem head office look into this and at least have the courtesy to email me.</p> <p>I have totally lost interest in shopping at Dischem and am sure that I will be able to source the products that I need somewhere else. </p> <p>The adverts for Dischem are "Pharmacists who care" - they are probably the only staff employed at Dischem who do care. Sad for consumers. They do not even deserve the one star rating but there are no ratings with a minus.</p>
