only got 5% off instead of 25%

dischem pharmacies had a sale on the 28th February 2022 for 25% OFF ALL FRAGRANCIES if you have a dischem benefit card. i shopped at dichem polokwane and louis trichadt. when i got home i realised that there was something wrong with some of the payments, i only recieved 5% off for some of the fragrances and when i check online the next day the 20% has been app**** correctly. dischem please pay me my money. in total i was ****** up to R160 imagine.
