Online store not updated and holding my money

I purchased an item online On the 27th Aug. On the 28th at 11:00 I was called by Dis-Chem to advise me that there is no stock of the item at any of their stores in the country. I told them to then reverse the payment on my credit card and they told me it will take 12-14 working days to get my money back. This is totally unacceptable, just because they cannot keep their online store inventory updated and then they keep my money for 14 days.
