Online shopping is just not for you

<p>Good Morning,</p> <p>I have never been so appalled at the service I have received.</p> <p><br />This is my first and last time using the online shopping service, WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!</p> <p><br />I was told that there were multiple items on my shopping list that weren't available and asked if I would like alternatives which I said no to as my order was urgent and I did not want a delay!</p> <p><br />I requested urgent delivery which I was promised I'd receive yesterday.....That didn't happen.</p> <p><br />I called in today and held on the line for over 5 mins until they took a message for the online department as I just wanted to cancel!</p> <p><br />I received a message that it was dispatched a few minutes later bur still no one has returned my call as promised.</p> <p><br />This is absolutely pathetic!</p>
