Online service nightmare

Terrible terrible, I order my baby formula online to be delivered every month I started doing it this way about 3 months ago and each time there is a problem. The website shows stock then I order only to be left in the dark without communication and the find out that there is no stock and the order was rerouted or even... and yes this happened and I was not notified... CANCELLED.

Zero communication and inaccurate websites bordering false advertising
