Online Service - Couriers don’t deliver - Refund please!

Where is my online packaged ordered 5 June 2020. Order Nr 751482? Pulse couriers who you use to deliver packages can’t seem to do their job. You sent them my package on the 10th of June 2020. The Monday nothing happened. Tues was a public holiday and Wednesday I called your Somerset West Branch who advised the package was back with them.

I am fed-up with all of this and politely request a full refund. I would also like to make a suggestion that you don’t use Pulse Couriers as they are absolutely useless. They where supposed to be sent out by your Somerset West Branch to Uitzicht Durbanville and still nothing.

Refund please!
