I am so disappointed, they took almost an hour to process a refund I bought online. They said they can't refund me money cash or transfer to my bank. They created a voucher that you can't even use to buy online only at the store. They actually don't want to process things bought online, some were saying I should process the return online and I ask them how they couldn't not answer. One invoice was on my phone which was processed by another dischem and I was told to email it to them, they couldn't even get the email.I ended up leaving because I was not gonna spend the rest of my Easter day at Dischem. They seemed to be not interested with online purchases. Why create an online service if customer are going to struggle to return items back?

Dear Dischem online Kindly create a platform where we can return stuff bought online without a hustle.
