Online orders

I placed an order with Dischem online for 2 packs of nappies for my son as well as 3 other small items for him. I expected the 7-10day delay as that was what delivery stated. The delivery arrived. But it was only the small items. In the box was a paper that said out of stock items. They did not specify which items. No one has contacted me about the missing nappies. No one has updated my order status. No one has answered my questions. According to Dischems system my full order was delivered. No one has even bothered to contact me in any way with regard to this and all my efforts to contact Dischem have proven useless. The best you can do is tell me on face book messenger to wait and someone will contact me. All the while giving me neither the nappies nor my money so I can buy nappies somewhere else. Please tell me what does Dischem advise I use in the meantime?
