Online ordering system totally dysfunctional - Rather use another pharmacy - POOR dis-chem

We ordered medicine on Sunday through dis-chem's online ordering system.

3 DAYS later, and after some phone calls and emails, the stuff eventually arrived.

1) This is not good and efficient service for ill, home-bound patients and customers. - By the time the meds arrived, it is too late. 2) Your system reported the meds delivered earlier this morning, but it was not. So we made various phone calls and wrote various emails to have this resolved.

This is just VERY POOR, overall dis-chem.

I would not use your online ordering system EVER again and other customers, especially sick patients, dependent on swift medicine delivery, should rather order elsewhere.
