Online Ordering is DISAPPOINTING!

Your online service is absolutely shocking!!!!! It’s been two and half weeks and I have received no feedback or communication whatsoever!! No one is answering the phones so I can’t even cancel my order. I understand that things are crazy and online orders are going to increase but why has there been no communication?? Poor service and bad management from Dischems side. If other major brands can do it why can’t you?! Don’t offer a service if you can’t handle the load. I would like to be reimbursed ASAP!
