Online ordering fail

I did an online order for which I wanted to use my Dis-Chem loyalty points and ebucks as payment. I was short on a few ebucks and the website said to pick an alternative method of payment but none was shown on the page, only the ebucks login window and an option to cancel. So I naturally assumed you must cancel and it will take you back to the payment methods page but it did not. Instead it showed a great big message saying ERROR and ORDER FAILED. Now I am without an order and missing ALL of my loyalty points. This online ordering system is terribly faulty.
