Online ordered items out of stock, not delivered, not communicated and not refunded yet!

Will NOT use Dis-Chem Online service again! My order was accepted online and paid for, but the order was not fulfilled in full due to out-of-stock items. I was not informed that items were out of stock and only received a letter at time of delivery to inform that more than half the items ordered were out of stock and that a refund will be passed - which of course has not been done yet... what poor service!!!
