Online order still not delivered

I ordered two packages at Dischem last week and have yet to receive the one package I ordered first! When I complained on their online customer email address they said that my order number was wrong which is definitely not the case! It’s been a week and I’m still waiting? The customer care agents have no sense of urgency and I’m at a point of escalation!
