Online order - pathetic customer service

I placed an online order a week ago, the website clearly stated the product I ordered was in stock and that delivery would take place within 3 days. It's now been 7 days, and nothing.

When I followed up (which was a mission in itself as their customer care number is ooooooooooocnot working) I got a long story about how someone tried to phone me this weekend (which is a blatant lie) and the product is out of stock in the Western Cape, they would refund me. They then loaded online store credit on my profile, I had to phone back AGAIN to rectify that.

I just checked, the product is clearly marked as 'in stock' online. I don't understand why it can't be shipped from somewhere else in SA? Absolutely pathetic.
