I have spoken to 2 people in your careline call centre this morning,last one being Lee-anna who tells me that I need to wait until wednesday for my babies nappies who will run out this afternoon. There are 3 major dischems that surround my home and she states they cant get stock, Dischem direct is literally less than 10 kms away from my home and I must wait til wednesday .. This is unacceptable and A refund will also take 7 days so what do in the interim.. If I could go to a store by myself I would ,So I need my order by COB today.. If I used another app I would get it the same day. Do I use a towel until then????
