Online order incomplete - no feedback

I placed an online order and when it was delivered five items were missing from my order. I was invoiced for the items, but they were not in the box with the rest if my order. I've emailed and called. No one replies my emails and I get hung up on.. This is the third time I've struggled with the dischem online services.
