Online order

I had a gift voucher from Old Mutual which I used to place an order online at Dis-chem,the voucher was worth R300 and my order was 231,the order went through and I received my invoice via email on the 6th at night on the 7th I placed another order and was called during the day by the shop to collect the second order.I enquired about the first order and was told the store never received the order.Called the customer care and was told the matter would be reffered to the wicode team then later I received a msg from Dis-chem with 2 wicodes worth R43.00 and a call this morning telling me the previous code is still valid I should place the order again and when I try the code it's not valid and now I have forfeited my R300 worth of voucher.Please sort this out for me because I tried calling the customer care again and I was told to hold for the online team until I ended the call....
