Online order

I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from Dischem online, I traveled almost all Dischem around Eastrand to get a Nivea Radiant and Beauty cream which it was not available, seeing that I was desperate I ordered online and paid. On the day my parcel was delivered the order was incomplete no one carer to call me and tell me that the product is not in stock, I was only shocked when i received my order. I called the customer service am told my refund will be paid in 7 to 14 working days when I need to get another lotion as in like yesterday. I will never buy from Dischem again.they service in ****py and they don't have good customer service. Order : *** I know they never even reply people that's how arrogant the store is
