online is supposed to be convenient

I purchased online from Dis-chem baby city for the sake of convenience but was disappointed in the interface and the online support. If it was not for the store manager Tasneem Morris from the somerset branch that escalated my order I would have cancelled. What is the point of having the option to purchase online when the interface is not consumer friendly. Does not show my order, does not show delivery time, just shows nothing, have to wait on emails that does not show much either, not even your reference in the payment email is your actual order number
