Online is ****!

I tried placing an order online recently. Dischem took the money but then don't deliver anything. The status online never changes from Order Received. When you call their support line, they say it is a store issue and you must call the store. When you call the store they keep cutting the call. Terrible experience, I expected better from Dis-Chem.
