Online delivery. Pathetic service. No order received

Made an order via Dischem online delivery last week Sunday. I paid for it to be delivered within 3-4 days. Got a call from Dischem Pavillion to verify the order. Then on Wednesday I got a call stating Ballito is too far they cant deliver from Pavillion but they will get Ballito Dischem to deliver. Never got feedback and or call to date. This is 2nd terrible service from Dischem online delivery. Actually pathetic. I want refund of payment made for delivery and don't send me stale biscuits.
