Online Appointment Booking

I am extremely disappointed with Dis-Chem’s pharmacy and wellness clinic appointment booking system. The entire process is inefficient and frustrating.

Every time I book an appointment online, I am required to fill in a detailed form and select a date and time that suits my schedule. However, despite arriving 15 minutes early for my appointments, I am consistently forced to wait an additional 15 to 30 minutes past my scheduled time before being assisted. This completely defeats the purpose of an appointment system.

To make matters worse, I am asked to fill in yet another form upon arrival, even though I have already submitted the same information online. This redundant process is not only inconvenient but also a waste of time. Because of these constant delays, I am forced to reshuffle my entire schedule, affecting my other commitments.

It is unacceptable for a healthcare provider to consistently fail to honor booking times. People’s time should be respected, and if the system cannot manage appointments properly, it needs to be restructured. I expect more professionalism and efficiency from Dis-Chem, and I sincerely hope improvements are made.
