Once again - Dischem Mondeor

I really cannot understand Dischem Mondeor? The last few months has been appalling services, you send a mail for your repeat meds and it takes 3 - 4 days to receive? I have sent several complaints as over and above always dispensing incorrectly and that with ones BP meds. Urgent attention is needed at Mondeor Branch, this cannot continue and that playing with our lives...
