***** on my profile at Dischem

It has come to my attention that there are *****ulent activities under my name and the following account number *** is used. I have never bought any thing at dischem on credit nor taken anything on credit. Please provide me with evidence where i signed for this credit.

In 2022 I was erroneously send and email for debt from dischem and you apologized (see attached email). I am continuously flagged on your system to be in debt. How did this happen? I sent an email last year no response was received (see attached email). This is frustrating and tarnishing my credit profile. Can you please remove this flag on my profile with immediate effect before I take further legal steps. The lady by Nthabiseng Simelane has been ignoring my emails
