Offline

On the 25th I went the the Total Petrol Station in Durbanville, Cape Town, to fill up my car. For them to say that Dis-Chem is offline which means I could not get my points on my Dis-chem card.

Now this morning on the 06/05/2019, I went to put petrol in my car and again they tell me that Dis-chem is offline .

So I am loosing out on points for my Dis-chem card because you are offline everytime. This means I will just have to use my clicks card at shell as I have never experienced offline with them.

I understand that offline happens, but how do I get my points back that I am loosing out on?
