Offering Delivery Services Without a Vehicle!

Why offer delivery services.... when you don't even have a vehicle to complete deliveries?? I was told I won't be able to place any orders for this week due this...

Shouldn't the company take break downs into consideration? Maybe have a second vehicle on stand-by??

As a successful company, one would think you would take these occurrences into consideration.
