Obnoxious, uncaring, arrogant teller and manager

Very disgusted with Dischem Bluff Branch. We purchased items from another store, dolls which Dischem don't stock. However, we were prepared to leave it at the entrance in the trolley, but the security told us to take it in. When paying, a rude, obnoxious coloured woman called Marcia asked us if we don't have anything else in the trolley. We picked up everything to double check as we understood it's her job to remind customers in case they forgot something. We told her theres nothing else. She asked us again when paying and again we told her there's nothing. After paying, this ******* woman then peeps over her counter and stares into our trolley in case we were *****ing something!!! This was particularly offensive because she was doing this in front of everyone and raising her voice to reprimand us like little children. I wonder how she raises her children if she can treat professional people like this. Worse is the manager Wayne, who seemingly is deaf or hard at hearing or simply ******** and doesn't want to listen to his customers. Overbearing and annoying, instead of listening carefully to our complaint, he immediately jumped to Marcia's defense, making me wonder if he is in any way related to her!!! He simply couldn't understand our complaint! He said it's her job to check someone's trolley or she'll lose her job!! What *******. I didn't complain about her checking my trolley. I complained about her attitude. He is also a **** because he promised to phone me after I insisted he calls me back. I left my number. But he has not. Obviously, he must have told her not to worry about us and probably patted her on her back for the great job she did. In the spirit of Xmas, I wonder what Christian beliefs Marcia and Wayne are practicing because they both were hell bent on destroying my Xmas by shouting, ranting, raving, insulting and twanging horribly in front of everyone! She is the rudest thing I have ever met at Dischem and Wayne obviously thinks she is an Angel because of how he kept defending her and shouting at us!!! Can someone please call me because I am very upset with this excuse for a "woman" and pathetic excuse for a "man".
