Nozipho is the best!!!!

I would like to commend the great customer service and personal care from Nozipho at the Soshanguve crossing branch. She went above and beyond what was required of her. I’m a new mom and had bought a medela breast pump at dischem. I then broke the connector by mistake. I ordered it online on Saturday and chose to collect it at the store. She called me immediately to inform me that they are out of stock and the restock will be available on Monday. True to her word she called today to confirm that the product was available and that a driver will be sent to deliver to my home. I was lost for words with gratitude!! I called the branch to thank her personally but she was out on lunch. I wish to say to her “Thank you “ With this post and encourage her to continue to spread her kindness. She is an asset.
