Novalc AD

Yesterday I bought Novalac AD at Dischem (Lambton), when I opened the tin it was literally almost half (pictures attached). Worse of it there was no scope to measure and I had to use the old one from the finished tin. I’m rather disappointed not sure with Novalac or Dischem.
