Nothing is to much of an effort

Today I was at the pharmacy of Dischem Carnival Mall and I was assisted by Mr Patrick Chauke. While preparing my wife's chronic medication on the system, he realized that our medical aid is only paying half of the spesific medication, where it should pay all of it. Out of his own, he phoned our medical aid, talked to the person there and explained the problem. The lady at our medical aid said that the problem will be corrected in 3 - 5 days. Patrick did not accept this and insisted it being rectified immediately. Through Patrick's insistance and dedication, this spesific medication was rectified immediately. This saved us a lot of money in unneccesary levie's and headache with our medical aid. It must be noted that this problem started in 2023 and we collect this mediacation on a monthly basis. No other person realised there was a problem, including myself. Mr Patrick Chauke is a real star. He assisted us with a smile and nothing was to much effort.
