Nothing done about "tap and go" not working complaints

I have repeatedly complained to cashiers and info desk that my ABSA debit card keeps getting declined on "tap and go" when attempting to pay. Nothing has been done again falling on deaf ears. I use the card about 15 times a week at all retail outlets without a problem so I assume it cannot be my card. Same mall, checkers, pick and pay, clicks spur, all no problem, just Dischem.
