Not willing to assist

Dis-chem Boksburg, please review your system processes, the nurse was unable to assist us as she required my child’s ID number. We had to go to the hospital just for a tet**** injection. Children are not required to produce ID document at any healthcare facility, very disappointing when you have medical aid and the clinic is not willing to assist.
