Not the way to go Dis-Chem

I was really surprised to hear how rude the staff of Dis-Chem Krugersdorp was when I phoned this morning. I had to phone a couple of times and when I was eventually put through to the operator, the lady hardly listened to my question about the availability hand sanitizer and/or rubbing alcohol and aloe Vera gel. She rudely told me "sold out!" and put the phone down in my ear. I had to phone again to acquire availability if vitramins. Again the same attitude and rudeness. "No, sold out". I am really shocked that Dis-Chem is so rude and almost arrogant during this difficult times for all of us. I will go to smaller pharmacies which treat their customers in a decent manner. .
