Not taking medication because of Dis Chem Jean Avenue not delivering my order

I am writing a review here because no one is answering my calls or sharing feedback. This is also not the first time that I am having exactly this experience with Dis Chem Jean Avenue: on Monday 21 June I ordered my MONTHLY ELTROXIN from Dis-Chem on the SMS link they share every month. I ordered my MEDICATION on 20 June and it was claimed from my medical aid n 22 June. I selected 24 June as my delivery date. Today it is 28 June and I have not taken my medication for 4 days. No one at Dischem Jean Avenue or Head Office is answering my calls. I can not go to another pharmacy because they have already claimed from my medical aid! I will be keeping Dis Chem accountable for any health issues I might have after this. This is a corporate pharmacy who do not care about the well-being of their customers. I am going to newspapers and social media with this too.
