Not so nice service Dis-chem Douglasdale

I went to collect my chronic medication from Dischem Douglasdale. I received a call to say they will pack it, and I've been collecting for the past year, when I got there I was asked for my ID which I didn't have with me and even they had called me 2 days before, no one mentioned that I must bring my ID. The lady that assisted me was really unpleasant and didn't even explain why I needed my ID. Also when I came back with my ID she didn't come to assist me. I was the only one in that queue. I had to ask for the manager. Well nobody even looked at my ID card by the way. I put it on the counter upside down. I really don't get why I had to do 2 trips to bring in an ID that nobody even looked at. My husband went to the same pharmacy a few days later and for him, nobody asked for the ID.
