Not satisfied with the the service from online service.

Yesterday on Wednesday 16 February 2022 I purchased Elektra Comfort Aero Cool Fan obline at Dischem. The price was R250. 00 each as it was on sale. I purchased 2 which was R500. 00. I completed my orderand made the payment. Later on the same day I received a call saying that they are going to refund me since they have made a mistake. I disagree with the decision since there is a saying that 'the price you see is the price you pay. I do not want the refund what I want is the product that I have ordered. I spoke to Aphrodite who is the Team careline careline and also Jacques Sullard who is the Online store manager and they couldn't assist. I hope you will be able to help me.
