not responsible

Hi There, I am diabetic and I have ordered my medicine via MedXpress, usually when you order a medicine they provide and put your name on box and keep it for to collect. yesterday, I went to Atholl Oakland branch to collect my medicines and realize one of my medicine (vitoza) which suppose to keep on the fridge not exist and they said it is not there and somebody took it!! I asked them to call their manager, and after waiting 20 minutes their manager (Alan Crane) came and said sorry I don't know what happen to your medicine and we will deliver tomorrow! I asked him, are you taking the responsibility of anything happened to me up to tomorrow morning if I couldn't use Victoza for injection and he said no and I couldn't do anything!! I was very upset of his behavior and want to raise it here maybe somebody listen our voice!
