Not honouring online deals

On Wednesday, 31/05/23 I placed an online order for a Volkano kids doodle pad, the special was online only. I went onto the website, selected the item for click and collect, selected the store I want to collect from, made payment and got confirmation. I was told it would be ready for collection in 1 business day. I've heard nothing from Dischem until today, 02/06 when I got a call from Khensani at Mall of Africa Dischem telling me that they don't have the doodle pad. I said okay and asked her which store she will be sourcing it from? She said that she has already checked and she can't find it. I told her that there was no problem present when I placed my order and so what I paid for needs to be ready for collection. Money was happily deducted when the order was placed so the product needs to be made available with the same energy. She rudely said that head office would have to deal with it and then put the phone down in my ear. Dischem needs to honour the agreement where money was exchanged for goods. As well as, never let Khensani call my phone again or I will reciprocate her attitude and she won't appreciate it.
