Not expected from pharmacists to patient

Visited Dis-chem Jean avenue for my prescription medication. Queued at the dispensary side. After collecting my medication from M. Mabo I asked for medication from the OTC counter. I was refused and made to queue at the OTC counter. This is really bad, it would have taken M. Mabo 20 seconds to get what I requested instead the patient is asked to queue a second time. This is why independent pharmacies are still preferred, personal service with no effort and one queue.
