Not even bad, not even ***********, there is no word for this stupidity!!!!!

Dischem Health communication is completely ridiculous. I app**** for a policy. I can send my policy documents to get the waiting period waivered. THEY KEEP EMAILING ME BACK ON MY EMAIL THAT I SEND THE DOCUMENTS, THAT I MUST SEND THEM THE POLICY DOCUMENTS. THIS HAPPENED AROUND 10 TIMES BACK AND FORTH!!!!!!!! It is completely ridiculous. It is now February. This started in December!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still cannot get efficient service from these people who are too *********** to be working there. My husband is on chronic meds, now I cannot get him his medication because they cannot get 2 when they add 1 and 1 together. They don't even get to 11 on that sum, more like 9 million. Completely a waste of time. I would advise not to take out a health policy with these people. I do not know even what to reply to their email last night- please send the policy documents.... IDIOTS!!!!!
