Not enough staff on OTC

So now we have to queue at the OTC for goods and have to give all your details and have the goods sealed in a box etc. Yet most of your branches still have only 1, maybe 2 staff members on occasion, and so the waiting is bad news. Then you have quite a few pharmacists doing nothing when they could be assisting. Also I often see staff doing stuff behind the counter but are no able to assist, maybe they are just admin. This includes Cradlestone, Retail Crossing , Valley View and Hyper Centre. Please don't give me stories of peak times , staff on lunches etc. I visit these stores very often and its always an issue.
