Not credited for online purchases

I made several purchases on my online profile between October and December which I still have not been credited for via Dischem cashback or vitality cashback. Vitality says they have not received the information from Dischem, Dischem says they will send it to vitality - This is ongoing from January. Please can someone sort it out
