Not allowed pictures instore: Dis-chem

I was in store at Dis-chem Mega City Mafikeng when I saw the child safety devices and took a picture to show my sister to advice on which one to buy. A lady (did get her name) came rushing to me and told me that customers are not allowed to take pictures. I asked her since when does the store have the policy, she did not answer but was adamant that I should put away my phone.

I was so disappointed and upset, even left without buying other things I needed . Also looked around the store for that policy but none was visible. If the store is not hiding something (price inflations maybe), can they leave us to shop in peace.
