Norwood Branch Bad waiting time never has stock

I decided to try Norwood for ease and hoped they sorted their problems out. To my dismay I stood for 3/4 hour to be served with only 3 people on duty at 12.30 yesterday. Then when I finally got to someone they did not have my chronic medication in stock, nothing unusual at this branch, they substituted it and I landed up having to pay in money because Discovery would not accept the substitute. I am a pensioner and watch my pennies and having to waste money like this is totally unacceptable but then when you talk to people this is par for the course at Dischem - Lynette Saltzman you need to start visiting the stores and jacking things up you have obviously gotten to big and lost your focus.<br> I am reverting back to Clicks for what ever I need as Dischem wastes my money and are unhelpful.
