None functioning Nebulizer and false promises from Dischem

Bought a nebulizer at Dischem and it stopped working within 5 days, took it back and was told they will contact the supplier and get back to me, no one has contacted me since and it's been a week and a half now, my contact number is *** or ***, please get back to me soonest
