Non existant service delivery

It's been 3 months in a row now that Dischem Cresta have not automatically sent through my repeat chronic medication. I've made both them and Head Office aware of this but it seems to fall on deaf ears. Obviously a client spending over R1200 a month does not warrant decent service.
