Non-Existant Customer Service

DISCHEM CLEARWATER - This Dischem has become utterly useless, numerous times over the last year and a bit, have been given subscription medication short on four or five occasions, even going as far as leaving medication off of when dispensing. I have complained on numerous occasions but to no avail. Today, they were supposed to deliver my medication, as per confirmation of email received from "Demitri Heyneke", alas NO DELIVERY APPEARED. and this is all paid in cash, no medical aids. I spend between R1 -2000.00 per month on medication, and this is how you get treated. This has to be the most useless pharmacy chain that i have seen in my entire sixty years. No wonder when my medical script is finished, i am "AWAY" from there. I will be making it a point to tell family to stay away as well.PATHETIC SERVICE.
