non-delivery of Covid-19 test results

I made use of the Dis-Chem Covid-19 drive through testing at Blue Route on Monday 22 June. It is now Monday 6 July (2 weeks later) and still no results or feedback. I emailed Dis-Chem last week, but no reply to that email either. Quick to take R850 and complete non-delivery on their 3-5 working day results promise.
