Non-delivery of chronic medication

<p>My elderly mother receives her chronic medication from Dischem Direct, but has been struggling for two weeks to get them to deliver. She is a type 1 diabetic, and needs her insulin to inject. Called dischem direct this morning, and received no help whatsoever. Sent an email to Dischem care line, but received no response.</p> <p>If my mother goes into a coma due to a lack of insulin - it will be on you, Dischem!!</p> <p>I need help in sorting this out, please. Your lack of assistance, compassion, and general don't care attitude is absolutely appaling!</p>
